Healthy Dinner Plan 1/28-2/3

Well I am still cooking from the pantry except for sunday because it is the super bowl!  Time to celebrate...even though the Bronco's aren't in it bummer!

Shredded Cheese

Spaghetti squash

Mango

Cilantro
Avocado

Frozen
Mixed Vegetables
Tilapia

Meat
Chicken breasts or shredded chicken
Ground Turkey, Chicken or Ground Beef
Grilled Chicken (I but the Tyson's Grilled and Ready, only 100 calories for the whole thing and it is tasty!)
Turkey lunch meat (Can use ham or roast beef for the wraps too)

Pantry/Dry
Quinoa-3 meals
Black Beans
Ranch, Hummus or Mayonnaise for the wraps
lemon juice
flour
Spaghetti sauce
salsa
fat free cream of chicken soup
Rotel
corn tortillas

Simple week and cheap meal!
